Do you have an account?

The "Primera Iglesia Bautista" app can be used in full without an account. Only staff authorized by the church have accounts, and the church itself creates them: the app has no sign-up.

If you never signed in, there is no account to delete. The only thing the app may have left on our server is your phone's notification identifier, and to delete it just turn notifications off in the app (More tab) or uninstall it.

How to request deletion of your account

1. Write to iglesiadeamor@cfl.rr.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". If you prefer, call 352-347-8777 during office hours.
2. We will confirm your identity by replying to that same address and delete the account within thirty days at most. We will email you when it is done.

What is deleted

1. Your account: email address, name and password (which we only store irreversibly hashed).
2. All your open sessions in the app and in the panel.
3. The notification identifiers linked to your phones.

What may be kept

If you are also a member of the congregation, your contact details in the membership register are not part of the app account: if you want them deleted too, say so in the same email and we will delete them, except what the law requires us to keep. Donations are handled on the church's giving platform, separate from this app, and their accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Notifications only

If all you want is to stop receiving notifications, there is nothing to request: turn them off in the app, in the More tab. The identifier is marked as unsubscribed immediately.
